Part-time Administrative Assistant
DUTIES
- Receptionist duties; answering phones greeting visitors
- Tax support; assembly of tax returns, preparing powers of attorney, IRS transcript retrieval, contacting clients for information requests, client follow-up
- Setup and maintain client portals
- E-filing of income tax returns
- Bookkeeping for firm
- Light bookkeeping, data input, for client write-up
- Client invoicing, collections
- Assistance with setting up client investment accounts and maintenance of investment client files
- Maintain office supplies
- Other administrative duties as assigned
SKILLS
- Excellent client relationship skills and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Works well under pressure, possesses a sense of urgency, willingness to learn
- Organized, works well as part of a team
- Technologically savvy, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
