Steve Trojan, CPA
Steve Trojan is a CPA, licensed in Illinois, and has over 20 years of experience dealing with small and mid-sized companies. His experience includes organizations in size from 1 to 400 people in industries such as machine tools, consumer products, electronics, and consulting. He focuses his time on tax planning for small business and their owners, IRS problem resolution, cash flow improvements, profit improvement, business planning & forecasting, start-ups & acquisitions and general business coaching.
Mr. Trojan is a graduate of the University of Colorado Business School, is a CPA in the State of Illinois, and a member of the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Trojan was a tax and accounting counselor at the Small Business Development Center at McHenry County College where he counseled clients interested in learning about starting or expanding their business. Previously, Mr. Trojan served as Treasurer for McHenry County PADS, and Treasurer for The Lakeside Legacy Foundation.
Tammy handles tax preparation, QuickBooks consulting and troubleshooting, and client bookkeeping. Tammy is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelors of Business in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. She has over 20 years of accounting experience in a variety of fields including large corporate accounting, public accounting for small businesses and individuals and hedge fund accounting. She lives in Crystal Lake with her husband. She enjoys traveling, reading, biking and spending time with her family and pets.
Judy provides all of our client payroll processing services through our related company, Complete Payroll, Inc. One of the advantages of using a local payroll service, like ours, is that our processing is local and we have friendly, knowledgeable staff. Judy fits that role perfectly. She also has significant experience in the payroll industry. Most recently she worked for a large local franchisor handling payroll for 1500 employees. Prior to that she worked for a regional payroll service bureau in Ohio as a Senior Payroll Processor. She has earned the designation of Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association. Judy lives in Marengo with her husband, one cat and one dog. She enjoys antiquing, bicycling and hiking.
Shannon is our administrative assistant. She handles a wide variety of tasks including assisting clients with tax document drop off, tax return pickup, keeping our offices running smoothly, and assisting clients with document requests. Shannon has a number of years of experience working in a support function, and most recently worked as a Military Education Benefits Specialist for a large university. Shannon is a devoted Bears, Cubs and Blackhawks fan. She likes to cook and enjoys music, sports, fishing and being out on the water. Her goals are to run a half marathon in 2016 and a full marathon by 2018, and play a round of golf in Ireland.
